President and CEO of Judah Real Estate Group began his career over 24 years ago in 1985 with NTS Development, becoming Vice President of its Residential Sales Division overseeing subdivisions under development. The next level of his new home background was to lead the Builder Developer Division of Paul Semonin Realtors, which exclusively markets new subdivisions for developers. As head of Real Estate 1, the marketing arm for Southeast Development, Mr. Judah oversaw the sales and marketing of six subdivisions. In 1999 he started the Judah Real Estate Group and the company has had explosive growth. Jeffrey H. Perellis Executive Vice President and COO of Judah Real Estate Group has extensive experience in both commercial and residential sales and leasing. Mr. Perellis began his career at Prudential Parks and Weisberg, learning the business from some of the most experienced agents in the city. Real Estate 1, a company in which Michael G. Judah was the president, recruited Mr. Perellis to lead the commercial division. After two years Mr. Perellis joined the Williamson-Mulloy Commercial Group as an associate and concentrated on commercial sales, leasing and property management. Mr. Perellis has been with Judah Real Estate Group for the past nine years. Previously, to a real estate career, Mr. Perellis spent twenty-five years in the foodservice industry, owning and developing several restaurant concepts, a catering company and a food brokerage company. Jessica Bryant is a graduate of the University of Louisville Business School and began her real estate career in 1996 with Renaissance Realty Consultants. For the next ten years she specialized in new construction and residential resale. Then in 2004 she furthered her career by accepting the sales manager’s position. In June of 2006 she joined Judah Real Estate Group and is now one of the Realtors on site at the Villas of Dorsey. Jessica enjoys helping people into a new home that they will truly enjoy for many years. She also continues her dedication to the residential resale market by helping sellers sell their homes and helping buyers find that perfect home. Jeremy Judah Jeremy Judah, a 5th generation Louisvillian, has an innate feeling of pride for his community and the people in it. He attended the University of Louisville where he received a degree in Sport Administration with a minor in Communication. Jeremy is active in the area as a special contributor to Louisville.com. He hopes to provide residents and visitors a unique perspective on various events and happenings in the city. His wife Mary and young son, Joe keeps him busy at home. Because of Jeremy’s knowledge of the city, he is an ideal source for people relocating to the area. Nick Judah Nick Judah joined the family business in 2008, and has brought fresh ideas about marketing into the company. Nick is a 2008 graduate of Centre College, which was ranked number 13 nationally by Forbes Magazine in 2008 and the number 1 school in the South in 2009. At Centre Nick maintained a high GPA, graduating with a double major in History and Spanish. He also earned varsity letters all four years in both soccer and track and was a member of the Sigma Chi fraternity. In addition to his many responsibilities to Judah Real Estate, Nick has found the time to play for the Louisville Lightning, a professional indoor soccer team. As the son of Michael Judah, CEO of Judah Real Estate Group, Nick has grown up in the world of real estate, giving him the knowledge and experience necessary for success as a member of the Judah team.
