President and CEO of Judah Real Estate Group began his career over 24 years ago in 1985 with NTS Development, becoming Vice President of its Residential Sales Division overseeing subdivisions under development. The next level of his new home background was to lead the Builder Developer Division of Paul Semonin Realtors, which exclusively markets new subdivisions for developers. As head of Real Estate 1, the marketing arm for Southeast Development, Mr. Judah oversaw the sales and marketing of six subdivisions. In 1999 he started the Judah Real Estate Group and the company has had explosive growth. Nick Judah Director of project development, Nick Judah joined the family business in 2008, and has brought a fresh outlook and new ideas into the company. Nick is a 2008 graduate of Centre College, which was ranked number 13 nationally by Forbes Magazine in 2008 and the number 1 school in the South in 2009. At Centre Nick maintained a high GPA, graduating with a double major in History and Spanish. He also earned varsity letters all four years in both soccer and track and was a member of the Sigma Chi fraternity. In addition to his many responsibilities to Judah Real Estate, Nick has found the time to play for the Louisville Lightning, a professional indoor soccer team. As the son of Michael Judah, CEO of Judah Real Estate Group, Nick has grown up in the world of real estate, giving him the knowledge and experience necessary for success as a member of the Judah team. Jeremy Judah Jeremy Judah, a 5th generation Louisvillian, has an innate feeling of pride for his community and the people in it. He attended the University of Louisville where he received a degree in Sport Administration with a minor in Communication. Jeremy is active in the area as a special contributor to Louisville.com. He hopes to provide residents and visitors a unique perspective on various events and happenings in the city. His wife Mary and young son, Joe keeps him busy at home. Because of Jeremy’s knowledge of the city, he is an ideal source for people relocating to the area. He is glad to assist current residents as well, by providing professional guidance, honesty, and courtesy for all of their real estate needs. His most recent role as head of marketing for a local service based organization has helped to sharpen his natural ability to build relationships.
